12:00–1:00 PM — Lunch Break
1:00–3:30 PM — Session 2
9:00–11:00 AM — Session 1
11:00 AM–12:00 PM — Lunch Break
12:00–3:00 PM — Session 2
9:00–11:30 AM — Final Training Session
EXTRA INFO
● Lunch is NOT included. Athletes must bring their own lunch and water.
● Water fountain available.
● Ice and basic medical supplies will be available.
● Each athlete receives a Gladiator Wrestling Camp Shirt.
● Camp participants receive $25 off their first month if they join Gladiator Wrestling Club after camp.
● No walk ins will be allowed
